Mixer Operator- 1st shift

Post Holdings - - Responsibilities: Set up the mixing room after USDA inspections and obtain the correct formulation of liquid egg product and ingredients using predetermined companyapproved procedures (ZBAT).; Coordinate with USDA on all tanker cleaning and liquid egg transfers for shipment.; Record appropriate lot numbers, pH, egg solids, and egg pounds on batch sheets and egg usage forms, along with any other required documentation.; Maintain scales and meters to ensure precise and accurate readings.; Maintain thorough knowledge of the CleaninPlace (CIP) system and use it appropriately to wash lines and tankers.
