PT/Stipend Assistant Women's Soccer Coach (Bronxville)

The Assistant Coach supports the Head Women's Soccer Coach in all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division III program. This role is ideal for a coach with some prior experience at the collegiate or club level, though we will consider entry-level candidates, particularly those with backgrounds in goalkeeper coaching. The Assistant Coach plays a hands-on role in daily training, game-day operations, and program administration, working closely with the head coach to foster player growth both on and off the field. Success in this role looks like a coach who is organized, player-focused, and eager to contribute to all aspects of running a college program.ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and executing daily training sessions with an emphasis on individual and team developmentSupport the head coach on game days, including pre-game preparation, in-game adjustments, and post-game breakdownAssist with team operations, including equipment management, travel logistics, and practice schedulingMaintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks related to program managementContribute to a positive team culture aligned with the values of Sarah Lawrence College AthleticsQualificationsBachelor's degree requiredPrior playing experience at the collegiate or high-level club level preferredValid driver's license requiredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and travelFamiliarity with NCAA Division III rules and regulations a plusCoaching licensure (USSF/USC) a plus, but not required
