What You'll Do
Maintain and repair air-cooled and water-cooled chillers
Troubleshoot chilled water systems, pumps, cooling towers, and controls
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues
Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running efficiently
Assist with equipment start-ups and system upgrades
Document service work using company software
Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service
Requirements
What We're Looking For
3+ years of commercial HVAC or chiller experience (Trane, Carrier, York, or Daikin Chillers, etc)
Experience with centrifugal, screw, or scroll chillers preferred
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Universal EPA Certification
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Comfortable using tablets and service software
