Dimension Control Technician 2Indotronix is seeking a Dimension Control Technician 2 in El Segundo, California. Work Schedule: 9x80. High School Diploma/GED. Ability to obtain Secret Clearance. Must have the ability & flexibility to work any shift.Key ResponsibilitiesFabricate and assemble jigs, fixtures, gauges, and tooling with tight tolerancesPlan work methods and sequences from design drawings or own layoutsSet up and use optical/measurement instruments for alignment and verificationDevelop tooling concepts, holding devices, and shop drawingsSupport fabrication processes and monitor quality standardsTroubleshoot and repair tooling and equipment as neededRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma/GED with 2+ years of experience in tool building, machining, laser tracking, welding, or repairExperience with 3D CAD tools (Siemens NX, CATIA, or similar)Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work in shop/warehouse environmentsExperience with fabrication tools and machines (saws, drills, mills, lathes)Ability to read and interpret blueprintsAbility to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearanceFlexible to work any shiftPreferred QualificationsExperience with troubleshooting and repairing automated equipmentKnowledge of maintenance systems (e.g., Maximo, E-Maint)Experience with conventional machining (mill/lathe)Forklift and overhead crane experienceAssociate degree or experience in aircraft manufacturingKnowledge of metrology and laser tracking systems
