Job Title Primary Responsibilities: Directly support senior bankers with day-to-day transaction due diligence and execution Draft and participate in the presentation of marketing / new business pitches, confidential offering memoranda and management presentations Develop target lists for potential buyers, investors and strategic partners Conduct in-depth industry research and trend analysis Perform complex financial modeling and valuation analysis Mentor and train Analysts Required Background: Bachelor's Degree with strong academic record 3-5 years investment banking transaction advisory execution experience Highly motivated, confident and passionate Lives in San Francisco or willing to relocate Superb communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Proven ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines Desired Experience/Skills: Support engagement teams in equity financing, sell-side, buy-side and general advisory M 401(k); life, accident, and disability insurance; and wellness programs.
