Our dedicated team of over 30 Board Certified Critical Care, Pulmonary and Sleep Physicians along with our skilled clinical and administrative staff exclusively serve multiple CommonSpirit and AdventHealth nonprofit Hospital ICUs in the Denver metro area and multiple outpatient clinic locations spanning Colorado's front range. We are currently seeking a Physician board-certified in Pulmonary/Critical Care to join our committed team of professionals.What We Do in the Hospital:We provide direct patient care for a broad range of complex critically ill medical and surgical patients in addition to hospital pulmonary consultations.We perform typical ICU and pulmonary procedures as required including intubations, chest tubes, central and arterial lines, bronchoscopy etc.We have a robust Interventional Pulmonary Service.We take care of diverse and complex patient populations including ECMO, transplant, complex GI, Cardiac Surgery, Neurointerventional Radiology and Neurosurgical patients.We have a variety of coverage models from 24/7 in-house coverage to remote tele ICU coverage for our smaller hospitals.We provide exceptional multidisciplinary care to our patients through our collaborative team-based culture.We provide opportunities for additional career development including teaching, hospital leadership and clinical research.Where We Work:CCPSA currently serves the following Hospital ICU locations:St. Anthony HospitalSt. Anthony North HospitalAdventHealth at Porter HospitalAdventHealth at Parker HospitalAdventHealth at Castle Rock HospitalAdventHealth Littleton HospitalAdventHealth at Avista HospitalSt. Anthony Summit HospitalSt. Elizabeth HospitalWhat we do Outside the Hospital:We manage and provide continuity of care for patients with complex pulmonary and/or sleep conditions.We partner with and provide oversight, leadership, and resource support for our Advanced Practice Providers (NP and PA) in our outpatient clinics.We build and nurture a culture of strong positive communication with staff, consulting physicians, Nurses, RTs, etc. to best provide excellence in patient care for our patients.We engage in and support clinical and administrative leadership activities and initiatives.CCPSA currently serves patients in the following outpatient clinic locations:West Clinic in Lakewood, COSouth Clinic in Parker, CONorth Clinic in Westminster, COCentral Clinic in Littleton, COGoodland, KSSkills, Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:Completion of an accredited fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care MedicineBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care MedicineFlexibility to travel to various sites, as neededStrong interpersonal and communication skills with staff, patients, and colleagues.Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We do not sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa.Compensation:Competitive market driven salary and benefitsFully paid medical malpractice insurance premiumsComprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance benefits with partial practice subsidy401k retirement benefits, with employer contributionsColorado Relocation AssistanceCME stipendCompensation Information:$360000.00 / Annually - $430000.00 / Annually
