Full-Time - Integration Architect

Role OverviewThis position is responsible for leading enterprise integration architecture, solution design, and API management within a consulting environment. The manager will oversee discovery sessions to understand client needs, develop comprehensive integration solutions using industry-standard patterns, and ensure secure, scalable API strategies through modern gateways.Key ResponsibilitiesLead client advisory sessions and translate business requirements into architecture solutions.Design and apply integration patterns for end-to-end solutions, including real-time and batch processing.Develop and govern API strategies, ensuring security and reusability.Mentor junior team members, conduct architecture reviews, and promote technical excellence.Evaluate client landscapes and recommend suitable integration tools and platforms.Qualifications & SkillsMinimum five years of enterprise software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in senior integration roles.Bachelor’s degree; certifications in major integration platforms preferred.Expertise in integration design patterns, microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture.Proficiency with REST, SOAP, GraphQL, JSON, XML, SQL, and security protocols like OAuth 2.0.Hands-on experience with enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting skills.Key AttributesIntegrity, professionalism, and a commitment to technical excellence.Ability to evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies based on client needs.Willingness to travel as needed and work in a dynamic consulting environment.
