We're seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with a background in manufacturing - metal machining or metal fabrication to program and optimize CNC vertical machining centers producing high-precision tooling components.
What You'll Do
Program and optimize CNC vertical milling machines using Mastercam, GibbsCAM, or similar CAM software.
Create and maintain G-code programs for tooling components.
Interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and GD&T.
Troubleshoot machining issues and improve manufacturing processes.
Develop setup documentation for machine operators.
Manage cutting tools and tooling inventory.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of CNC programming experience in a metal machining or metal fabrication/stamping manufacturing environment.
Experience with CNC vertical machining centers.
Proficiency with Mastercam, GibbsCAM, or similar CAM software.
Strong blueprint reading, GD&T, and machining knowledge.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
