Job SummaryThe Role: As part of the Guest Services team, ticket takers/greeters are responsible for providing excellent guest services at The Ritz. This includes greeting guests, providing information and directions, assisting with problems/issues, and controlling ticket access points at the entrance to the venue.Job FunctionsGreet guests and scan tickets upon entry to the venueAssist guests with ADA seating accommodation requestsAnswer guest inquiries and provide direction to restrooms, concessions, patio, etc Work inside coat check during winter/cold monthsDeliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyaltyRefer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigationOther tasks as assigned by managementQualificationsMust be at least 18 years of ageAbility to work late hoursFlexible schedule (most call times are 6:15 PM but can be later or earlier depending on the event)Tolerance of all cultures, music and art formsAt least 1 year's experience in customer service/guest services role preferredCustomer service friendly attitude, and a desire to create a great environment for our guestsAbility to communicate and work well with others in a loud, fast-paced and sometimes stressful environmentSuccessful passing of a criminal background checkExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to perform duties in a professional manner and appearancePosition requires extended periods of prolonged standing in one place and working on your feetLive Nation Entertainment will never request payment or equipment purchases as part of the hiring process.
