The Pediatric Hem/Onc BMT Locums Opportunity in ArizonaLocation: Phoenix, ArizonaDuration: November-Ongoing (Preference for 6 month-1 year initial commitment)Schedule: Part-time (7 shifts per month)Shift: 24-hour inpatient coverage, Monday-Sunday with night pager call (Option for daytime inpatient coverage only, no call)Call: Night pager call (Negotiable)Scope: Pediatric Hematology Oncology for Bone Marrow Transplant patients autologous and allogenic, floor status primary coverage with APP assisting, and collaboration with PICU for patients requiring ICU carePatient Volume: 10-15 inpatientsGroup/Support: 3 BMT attendings, APP support, Pre/Post BMT RN coordinatorsEMR: AllscriptsRequirements: Board Certified, ACGME or AOA-accredited residency and fellowship training, PALS Certified, Active Arizona license or IMLC/Compact license (or willing to apply), relevant case logs for the past 24 months (including 5 pediatric cases) Accommodations, travel, and malpractice PAID for locums opportunities Assistance with credentialing provided
