Role Description We are seeking a Business Partner for a full-time, on-site role based in Michigan City, IN. This position involves strategizing and collaborating on business initiatives, overseeing daily operations, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. The Business Partner will play a crucial role in developing and executing business strategies, driving operational efficiency, and identifying growth opportunities for the organization. You will also be responsible for financial oversight, market analysis, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
