Roles and Responsibilities: Ø Sourcing, identifying, the Requirements from Top vendors to place Consultants in quick turnaround time in permanent positions Ø Establish and maintain a good relationship with the employees, vendors and the clients Ø Marketing our bench own consultants to the suitable requirements Ø Submitting, scheduling interview, follow up with Vendors, negotiation of offers Ø Posting their resumes into Dice, Monster, Hot jobs, Net-temps etc Ø Making Follow ups with different vendors for previously submitted positions.Skills Required:Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skillsØ Must be able to create good presentationØ Ability to work under pressureØ Must be details oriented and active listener
