American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a 4B Telemetry/Progressive Care Unit position in Paducah, KY, requiring BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications for a 13-week day shift contract.Job Details• 41-bed inpatient Cardiac Telemetry/Progressive/Respiratory Care unit within a hospital setting,• Cares for medical and surgical patients with cardiac dysrhythmia, respiratory illness, and/or significantly altered hemodynamics requiring telemetry monitoring,• Day shift (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM), 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week,• 36 hours per week,Job Requirements• Active, unrestricted RN license - Kentucky or Compact license required,• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS,• ADN or ASN required; BSN preferred,• Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and implement age-appropriate care across the nursing process,Additional Information• Provide direct patient care including nursing assessments, rounds, and treatments for cardiac telemetry and respiratory patients,• Facilitate admission, transfer, and discharge activities including patient and family education and care coordination,• Delegate and oversee tasks performed by other team members in accordance with plan of care,• Participate in unit-based quality improvement activities including patient satisfaction, fall prevention, and core measures documentation,
