This role is not just about managing the team- it's about fostering a sense of shared purpose, driving performance through data analysis, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service while meeting key business objectives!What's In It for You?• Compensation $90,000-100,000/yr plus bonuses-$2500 Sign on bonus• Weekly Pay• Full-time schedule• Medical and Dental Insurance• Company-Matched 401(k)• Paid Time Off• All Major Holidays OffWhat You'll Do:Drive Revenue and margin for the HVAC Service DepartmentRecruit, onboard, and train A PlayersConduct ride-alongs, providing feedback to strengthen team.Hold Donnelly's standard for exceptional technicians and service.Oversee daily HVAC operations and field performanceEnsure service quality, safety, and code complianceManage scheduling, dispatching, and technician productivityCollaborate with leadership on pricing, budgeting, and growth initiativesDrive adoption of systems (e.g., ServiceTitan) and KPI trackingRequirementsWho You Are:• Experienced: 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the HVAC trade.• Emotionally Intelligent: You understand how to create a culture of trust, belonging, and shared purpose, fostering a team that feels safe, connected, and motivated to succeed.• A Data-Driven Leader: You excel at analyzing and interpreting data, budgets, and margins to inform decisions and drive results.• A Strong Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.• Work Schedule and Expectations: Candidates must be adaptable and committed to delivering results in a fast-paced environment. The position may involve work outside of standard business hours to accommodate project or operational needs.
