This fully remote opportunity comes with a full team of support from partners and support staff, growth potential and a chance to take your career to the next level.Apply here or send your resume to .Duties include the following:Litigation & Dispute Resolution:- Represent clients in business-related litigation, including contract disputes, employment matters, and regulatory compliance cases.- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs for court filings.- Conduct depositions, witness interviews, and trial preparations.- Advocate for clients in court hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative proceedings.- Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.- Work closely with experts, investigators, and other legal professionals to strengthen cases.-First Chair Trial Experience A Plus- Compensation structure includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and potential profit-sharing based on firm performance.Range: $175K+ DOE. 1700 billable hours min.
