This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who is eager to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team and internal partners to help produce high-quality materials, keep projects on track, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen DOC’s brand and visibility.Key Responsibilities Coordinate proposals and pursuits in partnership with Project Executives, and Operations team including assembling, formatting, and proofreading materials and managing deadlines (internal and external)Assist with marketing materials including project profiles, resumes, presentations, and brochuresContribute to content efforts across the website, social media, and external communicationsSupport event and campaign coordination, including logistics, materials, and scheduling.Maintain marketing resources and systems, including project data, templates, and content librariesEnsure brand consistency across all materials and support teams in applying DOC’s branding and visual standardsPosition Qualifications EducationBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldExperience & Skills1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related roleStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesClear, professional written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and a commitment to qualityProficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe InDesign (or similar tools) is a plusPositive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learnInterest in the AEC industry is a plus
