This role requires both technical expertise and leadership to manage a team of network engineers and administrators.Responsibilities:Provide technical leadership and support to the network teamCollaborate with engineering experts to design cabling environments for wired and wireless networksOptimize and troubleshoot complex network configurations for maximum performanceQualifications:Bilingual in Korean and English4-8 years in a relevant fieldBachelors degree in an IT-related disciplineCisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCSP) requiredProficient in structured copper and fiber cabling standardsExpertise in routing, load balancing, and both static and dynamic routing protocolsStrong knowledge of VPNs, MPLS, Cisco IOS, and network design/implementationHands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless solutionsFamiliarity with QoS technologies and Cisco VoIP/Unified Communications productsUnderstanding of network security technologies (IPSEC, SSL/VPN, firewalls)Basic experience with network analysis tools (Sniffer, etc.)Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointApply now to lead network initiatives and ensure a robust and secure telecommunication environment!
