Role Description The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing invoices, collecting outstanding debts, and maintaining accurate financial records. This full-time position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and communication skills to manage the company’s accounts receivable functions efficiently. Must be able to work in fast paced environment and shift priorities as needed. This is an on-site role located in Lemont, IL. Qualifications Proficiency in Finance and Invoicing tasks, with the ability to ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable transactionsStrong Analytical Skills for identifying discrepancies, managing account reconciliation, and preparing financial reportsEffective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and stakeholdersExperience in Debt Collection and implementing strategies for timely recovery of outstanding paymentsFamiliarity with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlinesAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferredPrevious experience in accounts receivable or similar role is a required.
