Substitutes carry out all duties assigned to facilitate the instructional process and to provide for a safe, educationally productive environment in the classroom, the school or the workplace. Substitutes are expected to support FCPS mission to inspire, enable, and empower students to meet high academic standards, lead ethical lives and demonstrate responsible citizenship. An exception may be provided for applicants who do not have a minimum of 60 college credits.
