Full Potential HRT Clinic provides Portland, OR and Seattle, WA with unrivaled state-of-the-art comprehensive hormone replacement therapy (HRT), as well as revolutionary treatments for weight loss, regenerative joint health, aesthetics and sexual dysfunction treatments for men and women, and other anti-aging therapies. About the Position: The work schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday - Thursday, 7 am - 6 pm (10 hour shifts). It is common for new physicians to need to work an additional hour per work day for the first year, whether for research, training, or adapting to our charting methods, workflows, or medical protocols, or for keeping up with other patient-care related tasks. Even when not necessary, we welcome that new physicians spend up to an additional four hours per week. Working in this role involves evaluating and managing patients in a comprehensive and holistic manner while integrating naturopathic philosophy with the tools and technologies of anti-aging and regenerative medicine. You will be required to develop the ability to expertly perform the following: Routine venipuncture SQ / IM / IV / Etc injections of nutrients and medications SQ implantation of hormone pellets Low-intensity extracorporeal shockwave therapy for sexual health and performance Evaluate and manage patients with hormone deficiencies by prescribing bioidentical hormone replacement therapy as well as various peptide therapies, and medications and other compounds to supplementally treat various hormone-related conditions, such as erectile dysfunction, acne, hair loss, benign prostatic hyperplasia, fibrocystic breasts, premenstrual cramps, menorrhagia, etc that often must be addressed concomitantly with HRT Evaluate and treat patients for weight management by providing a holistic evaluation of patient, and if appropriate, treat various weight management conditions by developing treatment plans for weight loss to address inflammation, sleep, stress, dietary choices, physical activity and prescribe medications (primarily GLP-1’s) Platelet-rich plasma injections for sexual health and performance and aesthetics procedures Neurmodulator and filler injections for aesthetics Make diet and lifestyle and supplement recommendations for optimizing general health Work with a diverse population. Benefits and Compensation Highlights: Starting salary of $48.45 per hour, overtime at $72.66 for 5 hours per working week (not including weeks of vacation or holidays) which equals $120,000 per year for the first year. Once a physician reaches a certain revenue threshold, they become salaried at $152,544 per year. All physicians are eligible for bonuses based on their performance after their initial 90 day probationary period. We are a pay-for-performance clinic and our pay structure allows high-performing physicians to be paid greater than $200,000 annually. 160 hours of annual paid-time off (including paid sick leave). 80 hours of annual paid national holidays designated by the clinic Employer-sponsored health, dental and vision plan after 90 days of employment. Employer pays over 80% of individual health insurance premium $1,200 per year ($100 per month) of employer contributions to HealthEquity HSA account.
