Attention to detail, poise, communication skills, leadership, and a genuine passion for guest experience are essential.Responsibilities Include: • Welcoming and engaging guests with warmth and professionalism • Managing reservations, guest flow, and seating efficiently • Maintaining strong communication with management and service teams • Anticipating guest needs and handling special requests with care • Assisting in creating a seamless, elevated dining experience • Maintaining composure and professionalism during high-volume service • Mentoring, coaching, and helping develop the host team to ensure consistency in hospitality standards and guest experience • Leading by example and helping create a positive, team-oriented culture • Supporting the overall culture and hospitality standards of the hotel and restaurantQualifications: • Minimum 3 years experience in an upscale restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment required • OpenTable and/or Resy experience is a must • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Professional appearance and demeanor • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure • Weekend and holiday availability requiredIf you are passionate about hospitality and love creating unforgettable guest experiences while helping lead and inspire a team, we would love to meet you.Part-time evening and weekend availability required.
