Coordinator, Paid Media (NYC, Hybrid, 4x days onsite)Optomi, in partnership with a leading digital marketing firm, is looking for a Coordinator, Paid Media to join their Customer Acquisition team for a 4 month, contracted opportunity! In this position, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition, retention, and performance marketing campaigns. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Paid Media or Ad Operations, eager to build foundational skills in media buying and data-driven marketing. The role involves campaign setup, trafficking, reporting, and optimization within search and social channels, contributing to subscriber growth and retention.What the right candidate will enjoy:Exposure to campaign setup, trafficking, and optimization.Collaboration with senior team members and external vendors.Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.What type of experience does the right candidate have:0–2 years in media buying, planning, or campaign management.Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok.Familiarity with digital media metrics such as CPM, CTR, and CPA.What the responsibilities are of the right candidate:Assist in campaign setup, trafficking, and pacing across major search and social platforms.Support campaign management workflows including creative trafficking and audience setup.Monitor delivery and performance, surfacing pacing or tracking issues.Pull campaign performance data for optimization analysis and post-campaign reporting.Maintain campaign trackers, budgets, and documentation for smooth execution.
