Rapids Ford is currently looking for a Service Advisor to come aboard and grow with our rapidly expanding dealership! We are looking for a high energy, outgoing applicant who is receptive to new ideas and concepts. Previous dealership Service Advisor experience is PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED. Responsibilities Service Advisor Job Duties: Generate service order estimations and quotes for customers Schedule appointments, and maintain an organized schedule Conduct post repair follow up and customer service Explain any cost & service time requirements Educate customers on work completed and any cost adjustments Ability to work with limited supervision Must be able to multitask and work in fast paced environment Exceptional customer service skills and follow up are required Qualifications Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday Outgoing and friendly personality, especially while handling objections Quality customer service skills and sales track record Strong interpersonal and communications skills one-on-one and over the phone Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process Proficient in basic business math including percentages Capable of learning and using basic Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary programs Persistent, competitive and good work ethic Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales Rapids Ford 4330 8th Street South, Suite 100, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494 We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience and performance!
