Community Association Manager

We had one goal: build a place people actually want to come back to on Monday. Many property management companies run their managers into the ground with oversized portfolios, thin support, and a revolving door they've just accepted as normal. We decided that wasn't good enough. Tradd was built around a different idea, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of it for the long haul.About TraddTradd is a full-service asset management firm serving the Carolinas across three divisions: association management, commercial property management, and commercial real estate asset management. We're an established company in a growth phase, which means there's real opportunity here, not just a title and a desk. We're a close-knit team. We take the work seriously. We don't take ourselves too seriously. And we've invested in building systems and a culture that actually support the people doing the work. The RoleYou'll manage a portfolio of homeowner and resort community associations along the Grand Strand. The role includes conducting site inspections, coordinating contractors and vendors, preparing monthly management reports, reviewing financials, and serving as the primary point of contact for boards and residents. No prior property management experience required. What matters more is how you communicate, how you organize your time, and how you show up for the people counting on you. You'll thrive here if you are:A strong communicator in writing, in person, and on the phone. Organized and calm when priorities shift. Someone who takes ownership without needing to be managed. Career minded, not just looking for a next paycheck. The kind of person who wants to understand the why behind what they do.This role is probably not for you if you:Want a fully remote position with minimal client interaction.Prefer to work in isolation rather than as part of a team. Are looking for a short-term stop on the way to somewhere else.Compensation and GrowthSalary is commensurate with experience and honestly reflects an entry point into a meaningful career. We'd rather be upfront about that than waste your time. Advancement is real and tied to performance, not tenure. To ApplyTo apply, use the LinkedIn apply button above.
