Local Digital Media Strategist

Eulerity is a rapidly growing technology company providing marketing automation technology to small businesses and franchises.Our industry-recognized proprietary software solution supports the creation, execution, and analysis of paid marketing across all major digital channels including Google Search, Social Media (Facebook / Instagram), Display, & Video. We are currently seeking an organized and communicative Local Digital Media Strategist to support our rapidly growing client base!ResponsibilitiesEducate users on digital marketing best practices and how our platform can help them achieve business goalsAct as main point of contact for business owners from varying brands using our technology to market their businessesAssist clients with marketing strategy and review performance on channels, including but not limited to Google Adwords (Search), Facebook and Instagram (Social Media), Google Display Network, YouTube, etc.Experience collaborating with multi-unit owners and regional managers to build strong relationships, align on strategy, and drive business growth across territories.Host onboarding sessions to educate new users how to activate campaigns and use the Eulerity platformUnderstand client objectives and KPIs, and steward successful use of the Eulerity platformInterface with clients through emails and phone calls to provide support and platform/marketing expertiseWork closely with Technical Account Managers to track media placements to ensure delivery in full, proactively analyze campaign metrics and optimizeWork cross-functionally with internal teams — including Engineering, Product, and Marketing — to resolve client issues, drive campaign success, and ensure a seamless customer experience.Requirements2+ years of relevant Account Management experience **Preferred: experience with Account Management at a technology companyQuick learner and ability to manage multiple priorities and projectsExcellent communication skills with the ability to educate and train clients and usersVery organized and keen attention to detailStrong analytical and creative skillsOut-of-the-box thinker with problem-solving / consultative approachHigh energy and a teamwork mentality is a mustMust be proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and WordExcellent interpersonal and communication skills in EnglishEligibilityThis position is open to remote candidates, but applicants must reside within the United States.Benefits 🩺 Comprehensive benefitsMedicalDentalVision🏖️ Unlimited PTO🚅 Commuter benefits📈 401(k) with company matchRemote😎 Summer FridaysCompensationOur salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company’s size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes benefits, perks and other opportunities at Eulerity.
