Server Assistant

Beefbar is looking for a dedicated and efficient Server Assistant to support our dining room operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute to a seamless dining experience in our upscale steakhouse environment. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Assist servers in delivering water, bread, and other items to tables Ensure proper setup of tables, including linens, place settings, and glassware Support servers in various tasks to enhance guest experience Assist inside work duties, including polishing silverware and glassware Maintain knowledge of table numbers and restaurant layout Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff Qualifications Previous experience as a busser or server assistant in a fine dining setting preferred Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays Excellent teamwork and communication skills Professional appearance and impeccable personal hygiene Basic understanding of dining etiquette Capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods Experience in an upscale steakhouse or international fine dining restaurant Benefits Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including: Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Commuter benefits Employee discounts on dining at Beefbar Opportunities for professional growth and development Equal Opportunity Statement Beefbar is an equal opportunity employer.
