The Step2 family starts with our employees, and we're excited that you're interested in joining our team!Our starting pay is $21.00We Are Hiring For: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift1st Shift: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm, Monday - Friday2nd Shift: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Monday - Friday3rd Shift:10:00 pm - 6:00 am, Sunday-ThursdayStarting Pay Rate: $21.00$200 Monthly Attendance BonusShift Differential for 2nd and 3rd Shifts: $1.00Job Role: (ROTO) Machine Operator ($21.00 entry-level)A Machine Operator operates the molding machine to form plastic parts by performing the following duties:Machine start-up, operating, and shut-down proceduresBasic machine troubleshooting as neededResponsible for adjusting sheet entries for their machineFill the appropriate cube with the correct color powderEnsure the correct weight of the cube is poured into the moldPull finished parts and place them on the chute to go to AssemblyPlaces and removes chains on the machineCleans work area, machines, and equipmentTrains helpers on making proper adjustments and mold setupsMaintains housekeeping on the platform and the entire machine areaPerforms other responsibilities as neededPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
