You’ll work closely with project and executive leadership to ensure schedule integrity, risk visibility, and best-in-class project execution.In This Role, You WillDefine and enforce planning and scheduling standards and governanceLead development and approval of complex project baselinesOversee schedule risk assessments and mitigation strategiesAdvise leadership on schedule feasibility and tradeoffsSupport change management, claims, and executive decision-makingMentor and develop planners and schedulers across all levelsDrive continuous improvement in planning tools and methodsRepresent ENTEK in senior-level internal and external discussionsEnsure one controlled, approved schedule baseline per projectIdentify systemic schedule risks and improvement opportunitiesInfluence execution strategy through planning insightRequirements: What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a strategic planning leader with deep project scheduling expertise and the ability to influence execution at both the project and executive level.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Science, Project Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)More than ten (10) years of progressive planning and scheduling experienceExpert-level proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent scheduling softwareDeep understanding of EPC, engineering, construction, or industrial manufacturing sequencingExecutive-level communication and leadership skillsHigh level of professional judgment and accountabilityPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting enterprise-level capital projectsExperience with schedule governance and portfolio oversightExperience leading schedule risk and recovery planningExperience in mentoring planning teams across multiple levelsYour Work ScheduleThis is a full-time, exempt position.
