Accounts Payable / Administrative ClerkLocation: Santa Monica, CA Pay: $23$26/hour (DOE) Schedule: Fully Onsite Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Overview: A growing company in Santa Monica is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Administrative Clerk to support daily accounting and office operations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding Assist with weekly check runs, ACH, and vendor payments Maintain and update vendor records in the system Perform basic reconciliations and support month-end close Handle filing, scanning, and document organization Provide general administrative support, including answering phones and managing correspondence Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Qualifications: 1+ year of accounts payable or related experience Basic understanding of accounting principles Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems is a plus Ability to work fully onsite in Santa Monica Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour Search managed by: Allison Lau Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
