Responsibilities include evaluating, planning, implementing, and modifying age-appropriate treatment programs, participating in discharge planning, performing administrative duties, engaging in performance improvement activities, pursuing professional growth, and other assigned duties.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and assess patient needs and functional statuses.Plan and implement effective treatment programs.Modify treatment approaches based on patient progress.Participate in discharge planning activities.Perform required administrative duties.Engage in performance improvement initiatives.Pursue opportunities for professional growth and development.Cover the Skilled Nursing Unit, Acute & Rehab as needed.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.Active Arizona License.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Fingerprint Card required.Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
