Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirementsPrioritize assess, evaluate, and report information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, and from related collateral sources (for example IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, open source, and others as needed) for use or decision by Government personnelShare target-related information, and provide feedback to customers as appropriateIssue appropriate products, which relay developments, trends, indications, warnings, and/or situational awareness regarding specific targets, as well as countermeasures and courses of action, if applicableMust-HavesYou possess...Excellent interpersonal communication skills.Current agency reporting experience and experience with specific tools such as Grapevine/RAD, Chronicle, Haven, and/or UTTFormer/current experience with NDNs (National Defense Notifications), CARs (CND Activity Reports), I-Series reporting, and other technical reporting stylesA TS/SCI clearance with polygraphYears (12+) of relevant experience with HS Diploma, (10+) with AA, (8+) with BS, (6+) with MS or (4+) with PhDLeadership capabilities to mentor other analyst/reporters in the mission spacesAn ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace with unique TTPs Nice-To-HavesFormer/current experience with Southern Border effortsSpanish language experienceUp to date with Agency Style & Usage and Reporting PolicyLeadership experienceFormer Releaser experienceExperience with specialized reporting (e.g. sub-compartmented reporting, strategic reporting, inter-agency collaboration reporting, NDNs, etc.) Additional InformationRanking #5 in Maryland and #7 in Government Services!
