Banquet Chef - Country Club Operations

Job Description We are seeking a high-end resort and country club banquet culinary leader responsible for executing weddings, corporate events, conferences, retreats, and social gatherings. The venue features multiple event spaces, including ballrooms, pavilions, breakout rooms, private board rooms, and outdoor ceremony sites overlooking a golf course, accommodating up to 1,000 guests across simultaneous events. The Banquet Executive Chef leads all banquet kitchen operations, ensuring flawless execution of high-volume, high-end events. This role requires creativity, hands-on leadership, and strong collaboration with sales and catering teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
