2nd Shift Production Operator

We are seeking qualified candidates for 2nd Shift Production Operators at our Manufacturing facility in Russellville, Arkansas.This is a production role in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for operating production machinery, checking work against defined quality specifications, working in a team environment. Performing a variety of tasks associated with maintaining production work flow while also maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Grace Manufacturing policies and procedures.The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:Minimum of a high school diploma or GEDShould possess a stable work historyExperience in a manufacturing environmentRuns production equipmentCross-trains on all job functionsChecks parts for compliance to quality standardsUses blueprints, drawings and work orders to process ordersUses measuring instruments to check partsMaintains housekeeping in work area with an eye for safetyWorks with team on continuous improvement projectsGrace Manufacturing is proud to be Employee Owned (ESOP) and offers its employee-owners a competitive compensation and benefit package to include medical, dental, vision, paid vacation and 401k.
