They are responsible for merging marketing efforts with sales goals to accelerate growth.ResponsibilitiesDigital MarketingSuccessfully manage campaigns, email outreach cadences, marketing automation, and CRM optimizationAlign all marketing messaging consistent with the brand, ICP, and personasWork with marketing agency and CEO on marketing strategyPlan and execute all aspects of digital marketing including content writing, posting content in various formats from social media to blogsWork with the sales team to develop sales and marketing collateralSupport marketing and sales eventsBusiness DevelopmentLeverage ZoomInfo to mine data and Hubspot to manage campaigns to potential customers and current customersLead events to network and develop relationships and business for UTGQuickly hand off opportunities to the appropriate Sales team member to speed sales cycle and keep customer engagedRespond immediately to customers who respond to our outreach effortsQualificationsThe successful candidate should have some or all of the following experiences and qualifications:Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldMinimum 2 - 5 years of experience doing business development and digital marketingComfortable with their results being visible (i.e. leads generated)Must stay ahead of trends in digital marketing to ensure UTG is always leveraging the best toolsExperience with understanding how businesses work and how marketing tools can help achieve business outcomesMust have a working understanding of The Challenger Sale and marketing messaging methodologyMust have worked in the technology industryStrong communication and collaboration internally and externallyComfortable in a fast-growing, scaling company
