This position is ideal for individuals with prior healthcare experience who are looking to grow into a more specialized coordination role.Working closely with the provider and nursing team, the Fertility Care Coordinator serves as a central point of communication and organization for patient care activities. This role focuses on the clinical administrative aspects of the patient journey, ensuring that documentation, communication, and coordination tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.Rather than providing direct clinical or procedural support, this position is responsible for managing essential administrative functions that support both patients and clinical staff.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate patient documentation, including fertility treatment consents and related formsManage and process sensitive paperwork such as FMLA and other medical documentationServe as a liaison between patients and clinical staff to support timely and accurate communicationSupport the nursing team by managing documentation and administrative workflowsEnsure completeness and accuracy of patient records and required formsAssist in guiding patients through administrative steps of their care journeyQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior experience in a healthcare, medical office, or patient coordination setting preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalismExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentComprehensive benefits package to all employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week.Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance OptionsRetirement 401K PlanPaid Time Off & Paid HolidaysCompany Paid: Life Insurance & Long-Term Disability & AD&DFlexible Spending AccountsEmployee Assistance ProgramTuition ReimbursementKeywords: Medical Assistant, Clinical AssistantMonday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
