This is your chance to contribute to a leading medical center while enjoying competitive compensation and professional growth.What You'll Do:Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop personalized care plans for diverse patient populations.Administer general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care during a variety of surgical and diagnostic procedures.Monitor patients vigilantly throughout procedures, managing anesthesia-related complications effectively.Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management to ensure optimal patient recovery.Maintain precise documentation in accordance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff, to deliver seamless patient care.Required Skills and Qualifications:Current RN license and NBCRNA certification.Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program with a Master's or Doctorate degree.Board Certification through AANA.Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred.Ability to perform procedures such as arterial line insertions, IV placements, and floor intubations.Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience with outpatient and inpatient anesthesia across a variety of surgical specialties.Familiarity with Epic electronic health record system.Previous experience working in a Level 3 trauma center.Preferred Education and Experience:Valid state licensure as required.Prior experience as a CRNA in hospital-based settings.New graduates are encouraged to apply, with supportive onboarding.Other Requirements:Availability to work 8 or 10-hour day shifts.Estimated credentialing time of 90-120 days.Travel and licensure reimbursements available when applicable.No mileage reimbursement; background check and application fees are not covered.This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your anesthesia career in a supportive environment.
