Associate OneStream Developer

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented OneStream Developer to join our team. This is a remote position.Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToInstall, configure, analyze, tune, and optimize OneStream solutions on cloud and client infrastructure that meet customer requirementsAssist with data analysis, data management, data governance, dashboard monitoring, data quality dashboards, data controls, data lineage, and data mappingTroubleshoot and optimize security models, event processes, custom dashboards, reports, business rules, and member formulasAssist in identifying and resolving issues and challenges related to OneStream applications in collaboration with the senior consulting teamCollaborate with other members of the development team and project managers to deliver solutions that surpass client expectations while meeting project timelines Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, or related field1+ year of relevant OneStream experience or comparable experience performing software development, demonstrating a track record of successful project deliveryExperience or classes with C# or VB.NET, to handle technical requirements of the roleSQL experience with Oracle databases or SQL Server, to manage and manipulate data effectivelyStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, to navigate through complex situations and provide effective solution Preferred Qualifications2+ years of work experience in a technical field to demonstrate your practical knowledge and skillsExperience with Hyperion, OneStream, or SAP BPC Financial Reporting development, to bring valuable insights and expertise to the roleAny OneStream Certifications, to demonstrate your expertise and commitment to professional developmentGeneral knowledge of federal financial management processes and requirements Security Clearance RequirementsUS Citizenship required with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Physical RequirementsMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50%Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentationsMust be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
