Human Resource Project ManagerThe Human Resource Project Manager leads and delivers human resources projects from initiation through closeout. This role partners with HR and business stakeholders to define scope and success criteria, build and maintain project plans, coordinate cross-functional resources, manage risks and change, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within agreed scope and quality standards.Responsibilities include partnering with sponsors and stakeholders to define project scope, developing integrated project plans, facilitating project governance, coordinating and leading project meetings, identifying and securing project resources, managing project dependencies, monitoring progress against plan, managing change control, overseeing cutover and post-implementation stabilization, driving quality throughout the project lifecycle, and conducting lessons learned and ensuring proper project closeout and documentation.Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of experience managing projects end-to-end, 3+ years of human resources experience, demonstrated ability to influence without authority, strong communication skills, and proficiency with common productivity and project tracking tools.
