Line Cook (Night Shift) - St Augustine

Position DescriptionOverall Responsibilities:Maintain sanitation, health and safety in work areas. Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensils. Operate large volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep fryers or griddles. Prepare specialty foods following specific methods that usually require a short preparation time. Verify that food meets requirements and quality. Wash cut and prepares food designated for cooking. Clean stock and restock workstations. Correctly label, stock and organize food deliveries. Must be able to work nights, holidays and weekends.
