Change Manager – Infrastructure ProgramsGMA Engineering is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support major infrastructure and transportation programs. The role supports procurement, project delivery, contract administration, and change order management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage change management processes during project deliveryEvaluate proposed scope, cost, and schedule changes and provide technical recommendationsManage the Notice of Proposed Changes (NPC) Log, ensuring accurate documentation and traceabilitySupport review, negotiation, and approval of Contractor-Initiated Change Orders (CICs) and claimsCoordinate and document impacts of changes across scope, cost, schedule, and riskMaintain version control and historical records of approved changesContribute to change-related reporting, dashboards, and leadership briefingsSupport continuous improvement of change control processes, tools, and documentationCoordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and delivery partnersSupport procurement activities, including document development, clarifications, addenda, bidder Q&A, and evaluation of cost and schedule impactsSupport administration of the construction contract.Qualifications8–20+ years of experience in change management, project controls, or commercial managementExperience supporting procurement and delivery of large infrastructure projectsExperience on rail or transportation projectsNew York region experience preferredStrong understanding of project controls, contract administration, and technical review processesExcellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and documentation skillsFamiliarity with PMIS and document control systemsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)Why GMA Engineering?At GMA Engineering, we work on transformative projects that impact the future of transportation and mobility.
