The successful candidate will work closely with a team to provide an exceptional client experience and execute the delivery of tax compliance advisory services.Job Duties:Assist in the creation of professional project proposalsReview and analyze client financial recordsManage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service throughout the client lifecycleContact and correspond on client's behalf with the taxing authorities, third parties, and other agents necessary to support your positionsCreate, review and format documents and letters into final formConsistently meet project deadlinesSet appointments, calls, meetings and manage shared calendarsAssist in contacting clients and other associated parties as directedProcess incoming and outgoing mail and act as first point of contact for clientsPrioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects with close attention to detailManage and maintain document organization and account files, electronic and hard copyMaintain and submit time entries for purpose of billing clientsManage a 80% billable utilization rateAd hoc dutiesJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldExcellent English verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and thrives as a team player in a highly collaborative environmentSuperior organization and time management skills with ability to multitaskStrong attention to detail skills and takes pride in quality of work deliveredProficient with computers and the Microsoft Office suite
