Concrete SuperintendentLocation: Minneapolis, MN (Twin Cities Metro) Salary: $100,000 - $150,000Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to lead residential and commercial concrete projects from mobilization through completion. This role is responsible for managing field crews, schedules, quality, and safety while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with overseeing multiple crews across a variety of job types ranging from garage floors and patios to larger commercial and aquatic environments. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining production efficiency, craftsmanship quality, and overall customer satisfaction.Our client is a growing specialty contractor focused on high-performance concrete coatings, resurfacing systems, and decorative concrete solutions. The company serves both residential and commercial markets, delivering durable, aesthetically driven results designed to withstand demanding climates and high-traffic use.Key ResponsibilitiesManage concrete and coatings projects from start to finish across multiple job sitesSupervise and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and daily jobsite operationsOversee installation of epoxy, polyurea, and other coating systemsManage concrete resurfacing, overlays, polishing, and decorative finishing workCoordinate scheduling, manpower planning, and equipment allocationEnsure projects meet quality standards, specifications, and client expectationsRead and interpret plans, work orders, and project specificationsAdapt to changing jobsite conditions and project requirementsEnforce OSHA compliance, safety standards, and company safety protocolsTrack production, labor efficiency, and material usageQualifications5+ years of experience in concrete construction, coatings, or decorative concretePrior experience in a superintendent, foreman, or field leadership roleStrong knowledge of surface prep methods including grinding, shot blasting, and cleaningExperience with epoxy, polyurea, polishing, or overlay systemsAbility to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneouslyAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong understanding of jobsite safety and OSHA compliancePreferredBackground in both residential and commercial concrete projectsFamiliarity with coatings for garages, pool decks, patios, and interior floorsExperience working in climate-sensitive environments or seasonal schedulingCandidates that complete skills assessments and screening questions will receive priority consideration in the hiring process.BenefitsFull Benefits IncludedFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
