Are you ready to utilize your pre-hospital skills in a 911 setting located in beautiful Golden Colorado? At Stadium Medical, a bench paramedic will have access to working in our Golden 911 division and be first in line for any scheduled positions that open up. Full time clinicians have the opportunity to experience a unique adventure unlike any other. Here, your workplace isn't confined to the back of an ambulance on a street corner; in the Golden division you will be working in a dynamic environment that spans from downtown and suburban areas to the high hills of hiking, biking, and recreational trails, all of which allows for a multitude of different environments.
As a member of our team, you'll have access to a wide range of training opportunities, both during and outside of your shifts. We recognize the importance of hands-on experience, especially given our diverse service model. As a state training site, we're proud to offer tailored training programs, including specialty venue-specific training and scenario-based exercises, all conducted in-house.
Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our bi-monthly Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) meetings, where our Pre-Hospital and Medical Direction team takes a hands-on approach to ensuring the highest standard of patient care. As EMS continues to evolve, so do we, expanding the capabilities of our providers to stand out from the rest.
One example of our dedication to excellence is evident in our community's bystander CPR intervention survival rate. According to the latest Cardiac Arrest Registry to Enhance Survival Report (CARES), our 2023 survival rate stood at an impressive 52%, significantly surpassing the national average of 41.2%. This achievement is a testament to the tireless efforts of our team and our unwavering commitment to delivering the highest standard of care.
And, of course, in our increasingly virtual landscape, Stadium Medical has recently invested in a cutting-edge Learning Management System through UKG. Going live in Q3 2024, this state-of-the-art platform will provide our team with a wealth of agency education resources, covering both operational and clinical aspects of our work. From the latest protocols and procedures to specialized training modules, our staff will be able to access a comprehensive library of resources tailored to their needs and interests.
Here, we don't just settle for meeting expectations—we exceed them. Join us in our pursuit of excellence, and be part of a team that's making a real difference in the communities we serve.
