Then this opportunity could be the right fit for you.Why should you apply?Growth OpportunitiesGreat PayExcellent work environment with growth opportunitiesGreat BenefitsVacation DaysResponsibilitiesPartner with the Plant Manager to support production schedules, quality standards, and overall plant performance.Maintain housekeeping standards across maintenance, production, and shared facility areas.Prepare and maintain documentation, logs, and reports required for audits, safety compliance, and performance tracking.Oversee all plant equipment to ensure proactive maintenance planning, including routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to maximize uptime.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required; Technical or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.Minimum 5 years of maintenance or plant operations experience; mill maintenance experience highly advantageous.Supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred.Prior experience in an MSHA‐regulated environment is a strong plus.Crane operator certification and hands-on crane operation experience required.Welding and fabrication experience required.Forklift certification and demonstrated forklift operation experience required.Valid driver's license with a driving record acceptable to the Company.Experience working within an ISO or Quality Management System environment is highly desirable.Ask for Jasleenjasleen@ajuliaexecutivesearch.comAjulia Executive Search is a search firm specializing in Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal and Pharmaceutical positions.
