The Laborer will be responsible for performing physical tasks to support pool construction, liner replacements, service work, and all other projects not specifically mentioned. Day-to-day tasks may include lifting and carrying materials, using construction tools and equipment, site preparation, and ensuring job sites are clean and safe. Collaboration with team members and adherence to safety guidelines are essential for success in this role.QualificationsMust have driver’s license with clean record and reliable transportationPhysical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periodsBasic knowledge of construction tools and equipment operationStrong attention to detail to ensure job site safety and quality workAbility to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a teamUnderstanding and adherence to workplace safety protocolsWillingness to work outdoors in various weather conditionsPrevious experience in construction, landscaping, or pool maintenance is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredSpeaking in a professional manner with customers
