Warehouse Supervisor

Position Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and safe work practices. This role provides direct supervision to warehouse staff and coordinates the activities of Warehouse Coordinators to ensure accurate order processing, scheduling, documentation, and communication between the warehouse and field teams. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations Management Oversee all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put‑away, picking, staging, loading, and shipping of materials. Ensure operational workflows meet established productivity, accuracy, and service standards. Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries, including scheduling carriers and resolving logistics issues. Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Leadership & Staff Supervision Supervise warehouse associates, Warehouse Coordinators, and temporary personnel. Provide daily direction, task assignments, and performance expectations. Train and mentor staff on warehouse processes, systems, and safety protocols. Warehouse Coordinator Oversight Lead and support Warehouse Coordinators in managing order accuracy, documentation, inventory tracking, and communication. Review and approve pull requests and ensure alignment with project requirements. Process, Quality, & Systems Management Ensure all warehouse documentation is completed accurately. Utilize warehouse management systems to track material movement. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve service levels. Safety & Compliance Conduct safety meetings, trainings, and equipment inspections. Enforce compliance with OSHA, company policies, and safety standards. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. 3–5 years of warehouse experience, supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory control. Proficient in WMS systems and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. Preferred Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish). Experience with data visualization and reporting platforms.
