Construction Laborer

Job Description A Construction Laborer's primary responsibility is working with the crew to complete the scope of work in a safe and timely manner. Technicians generally work on Data Center sites and perform a wide range of work including cleaning, installations, fabrications, deconstruction, repairs, and other various tasks as needed by the customer or project.Responsibilities Of Construction LaborerReport on time to the designated area and prepared to work each day as scheduledPresent with appropriate dress and all equipment including PPE for each dayPerform work according to scope of work and site standards and regulationsFollow companies HR and safety policies for conducting workFollow instructions from team leads, project managers, and any other managers from sitesBe able to identify risk versus reward and minimize risky situations while working on siteVerify own timesheets and communicate with management if issues are presentUnderstand surroundings and be able to work in a chaotic environmentEnsure customer satisfaction through hard work and successful completion of scope of workRequirementsMust be 18 years of age or olderMust be U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.Have valid driver’s license as well as U.S. Certified Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Passport, or valid proof of work authorizationDrug Screen and Background Check (7 years - no felonies/misdemeanors)Reliable transportationDetailed oriented with the ability to safely work around sensitive equipmentAbility to safely work up to 10’ on a step ladderBe able to work autonomously and as well as with a teamStrong communication skillsProfessionalism, as this work will be completed in very critical/secure environment
