Project Manager

Together with our sister company OnX, we serve more than 3,000 clients, delivering innovative solutions across cloud, networking, managed services, and IT infrastructure.We are seeking an organized and motivated Project Manager (Entry to Mid-Level) to support critical infrastructure and network-related projects within a dynamic technology environment. The ideal candidate will coordinate project activities, manage change windows, and work closely with technical teams to ensure successful execution of network and hardware initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and coordinate IT infrastructure changes in engineering/production environments.Assist with the planning, scheduling, and execution of weekend and evening maintenance/change windows at sites.Support refresh initiatives, including hardware refreshes, equipment migrations, and physical hardware moves.Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and communication plans.Escalate issues and risks appropriately while driving resolution to minimize project impact.Ensure activities are completed in accordance with organizational standards, timelines, and operational requirements.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.1 to 5 years of project coordination or project management experience.Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.PreferredExperience supporting network infrastructure or hardware deployment projects.Familiarity with change management processes and maintenance windows.Understanding of networking concepts and enterprise technology environments.Project management certification (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent) is a plus.Work ScheduleMust be willing and able to support occasional weekend and evening change windows as required by project schedules and operational needs.Occasional travel to support activities at various sites may be required.What We're Looking ForThe successful candidate will be a proactive team player with strong attention to detail, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to coordinate technical projects while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.CBTS provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a protected veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
