Executive Sous Chef
Overview:
We are seeking experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and development
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high-quality standards are met
- Manage inventory control and ordering of ingredients
- Supervise kitchen staff and provide guidance as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Assist in training new kitchen staff members
- Support the Head Chef in managing food costs and optimizing kitchen efficiency
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, kitchen management, and
