The Pickle Pad is an indoor entertainment venue rooted in pickleball but make no mistake, we're in the hospitality business. Like a bowling alley or outdoor golfing venue, the game is just the backdrop. The real experience is great service, fresh food, and standout drinks from Crave Social Eatery, all enjoyed court side while our guests play, hang out, and have a great time. We're a high-volume, high-energy location with a trampoline park right next door, which means a steady stream of guests and an atmosphere that never slows down. From bottled beer to craft cocktails, our beverage program has range and so do the people we hire. No two days here are ever the same, and we like it that way. Who We're Looking For We want high-energy team members who genuinely enjoy taking care of people and thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment. The ideal candidate brings both server and bartender experience to the table and can move seamlessly between the floor and the bar as business demands. If you're personable, quick on your feet, and love the buzz of a busy venue, you'll fit right in. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Must hold a current Texas Alcohol Seller/Server (TABC) Certification at time of application Prior server and bartender experience required Comfortable working in a high-volume, high-energy setting Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays Experience with Toast POS preferred (training provided) Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays/glassware throughout an entire shift Server Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service from start to finish Take and enter food and beverage orders accurately using Toast POS Make menu recommendations and answer questions about food and drink offerings Deliver orders promptly and check back to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain clean, stocked, and organized service areas and courts Process payments accurately and handle cash/card transactions responsibly Communicate clearly with kitchen, bar, and floor staff to keep service moving Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns quickly and positively Bartender Responsibilities Prepare and serve a full range of beverages, from bottled beer to craft cocktails Mix drinks accurately and consistently to recipe and presentation standards Verify guest age and serve alcohol responsibly in compliance with TABC regulations Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout each shift Monitor inventory and restock liquor, beer, garnishes, and supplies as needed Ring in orders and process transactions through Toast POS Keep pace during peak volume while maintaining quality and a friendly attitude Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines What You'll Bring A positive, energetic attitude and a team-first mindset Strong communication and multitasking skills A commitment to responsible alcohol service Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic A genuine love for creating great guest experiences The Pickle Pad & Crave Social Eatery is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
